You do not give “you heart”, “your life,” nor do you “surrender your all” to God in order to receive salvation. Instead, salvation is God giving you a free gift.

By asking God to be merciful.

He has already been merciful to you at the cross of Calvary. You must believe and receive His mercy He is offering to You.
