I am actively involved in my church's AWANA program. AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. The idea for this program is to teach kids about the Bible and how to share it with their friends. The program is based on 2 Timothy 2:15, which says, "Be diligent to present yourself approved to GOd, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
